The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was fantastic close to the main sights. The staff was great. The room was very nicely furnished and modern and having a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning in it was handy. The provided service was marvellous. Plus, I was able to park the car nearby.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property in Palermo. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, yet the apartment street itself was calm and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the Italian breakfast served was absolutely delicious. the highlight for me was the breathtaking views of Palermo from the terrace. Alessandro, the host, was extremely professional and hospitable, always available to provide helpful advice and recommendations about Palermo and Sicily. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The experience was decent at this small guest house during our xmas holidays. the best aspects were the fast Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds. the location of the guest house was also great, being close to many restaurants and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and helped us with some recommendations to enjoy the city.

There were several disappointing aspects. the guest house was difficult to find as the address was not recognized by GPS systems.

This B&B is situated in a central area which makes it easy to access the city's main attractions. the rooms are clean and cozy with beautiful terraces. the breakfast has a great variety and is served by the friendly hosts. Guests appreciate the helpfulness of the owners and their local knowledge, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level from the outdoor area can cause disturbance for those who are sensitive to noise.

Excellent location, spacious room with a small balcony, and informative host who provided great recommendations for bars and restaurants. The breakfast with fresh croissants was delicious. Despite the difficulty with the stairs, the host was helpful with carrying our bags. I highly recommend this hotel.
